Shipping Policy
Key information:
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM EST
- Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Free shipping on all orders within Canada
Once you place your order we will confirm it on your email. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. In case of unexpected delays due to special circumstances, we will promptly contact you via email or phone. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. Delivery time takes normally 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday). We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.
Cancellation
Delayed orders
Due to many occurrences (such as peak holiday time, Christmas,..) your delivery can be delayed, unfortunately there's nothing we can do, just give us additional 3 business days for the delivery. If you order does not arrive by then, please contact our customer support and we will find out what is going on for you.
Defective or wrong product
We apologize if your product was damaged during transportation or if you have received a wrong items. If this happens, please take photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible. We will sort out the problem for you. Bear in mind, that if you decide to send us back the items, you are responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
